My favourite recipe is my grandma's pancake.

    INGREDIENTS:

    150g flour

    1/2 salt teaspon

    50g butter

    2 sugar spoonfull

    200g milk

    2 eggs

    1 Royal teaspon

    GRANDMA TIPS:

To begin my grandma starts puring milk and she cuts the butter in little pieces to shake.

    PREPARATION:

When it's dissolved we pour the rest of the ingredients:eggs, sugar, salt, flour and the last one:Royal
You have to beat everything until you get a liquid dough.
once you get the perfect dough, you have to use butter at the pan.
The first pancake we usually use it to absorve the butter excess. After that the pan is ready to cook the rest of the pancakes and you can combine the pancakes with sugar, syrup and fruits.

I like with chocolate syrup but all the pancakes are delicius.

  27. Hello Mª José,

My favorite recipe is “PAELLA”, the most typical food in Valencia.

    Ingredients for 10 people

    - 1 kg. of rice
    - 2 kg. of chicken meat
    - 1 kg. of rabbit
    - 300 gr. of tomato
    - 500 g. of green beans
    - 250 g. of garrofó (variety of beans used to make the typical Valencian paella)
    - 1 dozen snails (optional)
    - 3 dl. of olive oil
    - some saffron
    - a sprig of rosemary (optional)
    - 6 g. of paprika
    - salt
    - 3.5 l. of water.

    Preparation

Put the paella on the fire with the olive oil and, when it’s very hot, add the chicken and the rabbit. Fry the meat until lightly browned. Add the greens beans and fry. Then add the tomato and fry over low heat. Add a pinch of salt and paprika. Add water to cover the sauce and let it cook during 15 minutes. Ten minutes before the end of the time, the garrofó are added. We can also throw the snails. Saffron and rosemary sprig are added, salt is rectified and boiling is continued for 5 more minutes. Then add the rice and let it cook another 5 or 6 minutes over high heat, which will gradually go down up to a total of 20 minutes that cooks the rice.

    Mother’s tips

    - It is served in the own paella pan
    - It is convenient that it rests 5 or 6 minutes.
