THE UNIT 1 EXAM IS ALREADY HERE!!! (5TH PRIMARY)

FOR THIS EXAM STUDENTS HAVE TO STUDY...

- ROUTINES ( wake up, watch TV, use the internet, have a shower...)
- ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY ( always, usually, sometimes, never)
- HOW TO TALK ABOUT ROUTINES ( using frequency forms such as once a day, twice a day, three times a week, everyday...)
- PRESENT SIMPLE FORM ( remember to add an -s or -es in the 3rd person)
Exemple:  I usually wake up early in the morning
                 She sometimes leaves home at eight o'clock
                 He always catches the bus to school
- PRESENT CONTINUOUS FORM ( for actions happening now)
Exemple: I'm listening to music
                She's arriving home
                It's raining today
- THE WEATHER 
What's the weather like today? It's snowing / the sun is shining / it's foggy
What's the weather usually like in London? It usually rains in London
- WHAT TIME IS IT? (students have to control time contents)

THE UNIT 1 EXAM IS HERE!!! (6th PRIMARY)

In this Unit 1 students have to study the following contents:

- FREE TIME ACTIVITIES ( make a snack / do my homework / do crafts)
- AFTER SCHOOL RULES ( CAN /CAN'T )
- PRESENT CONTINUOUS GRAMMAR ( for actions happening now, at the moment...)
      Exemples: She's feeding the animals / He's watching TV
- POSSESSIVE PRONOUNS GRAMMAR ( mine / yours / his / her / its /  ours / yours / theirs)
- PRESENT SIMPLE GRAMMAR (remember in the 3rd person to add an -s or -es to the verb)
      Exemples:  He practises sport everyday / She does crafts and makes snacks in the youth club

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

HALLOWEEN IS HERE!!! On the 31st October people celebrate this festival all around the world. This celebration started in IRELAND AND SCOTLAND, but now it's extended to other countries. Children wear scary costumes and they go to other houses asking for sweets with the TRICK OR TREAT? question. They also decorate pumpkins lanterns with a horrible face and they play funny games to have a good time.

THE EXAM IS HERE!!! Students have to study hard and prepare their exams following these advices:

- CONNECT INTO OXFORD PLUS AND PRACTISE ALL THE GAMES
- CONNECT INTO THE BLOG TO REVIEW THE MOST IMPORTANT CONTENTS
- CONNECT INTO THE DIGITAL BOOK TO LISTEN TO ALL THE AUDIOS AND REMEMBER THE MOST IMPORTANT VOCABULARY AND GRAMMAR STRUCTURES.

MY ROUTINES PROJECT (5TH PRIMARY)

In UNIT 1 students have to do a project about MY ROUTINES. They have to write about the frequency they do them using the appropriate adverbs ( always, usually, sometimes, never...) and taking into account the COHERENCE (In the morning / In the afternoon / In the evening) and COHESION (using connectors such as later, then, and, after that...) 

They have to use photos and a cardboard to do it. BE ORIGINAL AND CREATIVE!!! Here you have some exemples:

MY BEDROOM PROJECT (3RD PRIMARY)

We've already finished UNIT 1!!!Students have to do a project called MY BEDROOM. They have to describe their bedroom using the sentences worked in the class:

This is my bedroom. It's my favourite room.

They can add some more information explaining the location (on, in, under, next to, behind, in front of...)

- There is a night table next to the bed
- There are some books in the bookcase
- There's a computer on the desk
